In our Nursing Care Assisted Living, a distinct neighborhood on our 4th floor, we provide our most extensive assisted living services, under the supervision of our licensed nurses.  This distinct neighborhood operates with highly elevated staffing ratios, and our comprehensive services include medication supervision, transfer assistance, full incontinence care, assistance with ambulation, diabetic care, assistance with feeding, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, and more. 

Additionally, even higher levels of health care services may be provided on this neighborhood, through contracted home health. Nursing Services Assisted Living at Monticello West combines the independence and privacy of your own apartment with the personal support of our helpful staff, 24-hours a day.
