Local owners, John Neill and Steve Rush, built Monticello West Retirement Community 30 years ago.  They met at Harvard and went into business together, 40 years ago, forming the company "Telesis Management Corporation".  Together they have built and managed eight properties throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area. 

John and Steve are very involoved with their properties,visiting them each week. Community outreach is one of their main priorities, whether it be helping disabled children or low income families.

We are honored to work for and with two such wonderful, hard-working, integrity-filled men.
